Refund policy

All Soulgrow369 products are made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for your purchase, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include photos of the issue and your order number. Once confirmed, we will issue a replacement for the same item. If a replacement is not possible we will find a solution that resolves the issue.

We cannot process requests submitted after the 3-day window.
